Getting Started with LEO 2 Pro Quick Start Video

⇨ NOTE​: LINKA is powered by a built-in lithium-ion battery that you can charge using a standard wall outlet, a USB port on your computer or a portable battery pack. 

• Plug the USB end of the cable into your computer, wall outlet-connected AC adaptor or battery pack

• Attach the other end of the pogo cabe to the charge point

• When your device is fully charged, the LED dome indicator will be green

⇨ NOTE​: The device will only charge if the device is unlocked. 

• Sign up/Login (Quick Start 1:40)

  • Download LINKA Smart Lock app from the Google Play or the App Store

  • Sign up/login 

    • Sign up with email

    • Sign up with Facebook account 

    • Login in with email 

  • Enable bluetooth on your phone

  • With the LINKA app open, place your smart phone next to your LINKA Smart Lock 

• Pairing to your LEO 2 (Quick Start 2:05)

  • Press the power button to switch on your lock. When you hear a startup tone and your LINKA LED indicator is blinking blue, the lock in is now in discoverable mode 

⇨ NOTE: LED dome will blink blue (stay in discoverable mode) for 90 seconds before turning your device off to conserve battery power. 2. Tap the name of your LINKA Smart Lock on the app to start connecting

• Set up Phoneless Access Code (Quick Start 2:32)

  • It’s highly recommended that you enter and store a 4-digit phone-less access code before continuing further. This is to ensure you don’t get locked out if you don’t have your phone.

  • Enter your 4-digit access code

    • For added security, Codes “1111” up to “9999” and “1234” are not allowed.

  • Re-enter your 4-digit access code and press Okay
    
    

• Installing The LEO 2

  • Mounting 

    • Screws

      • Align the slots in the inner ring of LINKA with the mounting studs on your bike seat stay

      • Attach LINKA to your bike using the two provided M5 mounting screws

    • Metal Straps

      • Align the lock and straps with the seat stays of your bike where you would like to secure your lock 

      • Insert strap through the desired slot and around the the seat stay

      • Bring the open end of the strap through the metal slot on the strap

      • Repeat step on the other seat stay

      • Trim the excess strap using a pair of scissors 

Using The LEO 2

• Lock and unlock through the LINKA Smart Lock App (Quick Start (3:01)

⇨ TIP: Make sure the lock is not moving when you attempt to lock it. As a safety precaution, LINKA locks will not lock if they detect movement. 

• Lock and unlock using the power button (Quick Start 3:35)

• Auto-Locking 

  • Switch on in settings

  • Device will automatically unlock after 10 minutes of no movement

• Unlock with Phoneless Access Code (Quick Start 4:35)
