LINKA LEO’s owner can transfer ownership to another user. Once ownership is transferred, it cannot be reversed unless the new owner transfers it back.
1. Connect your LINKA lock to your app as the owner
Use the same email account to connect to your LINKA that you used when you first paired up.
2. Transfer ownership
To transfer ownership without wiping the lock’s data, tap User Icon 
in the bottom bar > Select the user > Make Owner. The user will be notified that they are now the owner of this LINKA lock.
3. Factory Reset
If you are giving your lock to a new owner and would like to deletes all data from your lock, tap Settings 
icon in the bottom right corner of the home screen> Reset to Factory Settings. Follow the instructions on the screen and do not switch off your smartphone or change any settings on your LINKA lock during the reset process.
NOTE: In order to do a factory reset, your phone must have access to the email account that you originally used to register for LINKA and you must be logged in as the owner of the lock.
